Each topic is represented by a panel with a label that describes the enclosed help. The panels are in alphabetical order.

Help Topics

  • Breadcrump trail

    The breadcrumb trail automatically displays the menu choices you have made to arrive at your current page.

    • It is located directly above the footer, beginning at the left side of the display.

    • Note that he Contacts and Site Map pages do not include a breadcrumb trail. Use your browser's previous page command to return.

    The footer region is at the bottom of most pages. (Exceptions: the Contact Us and Site Map pages)

    In addition to indicating the end of the content for the page, the footer also provides the following convenient links:

  • Help

    There are two sources of help on this site:

    1. Some pages display an oval yellow button with a question mark inside the oval. See the illustration below.
    • These provide help specific to the page itself.

    • Often (but not always) this button will reside in the top center portion of the page.

    • When this button is selected, a popup help window will open. You may need to scroll the contents of the help window to see everything. The last line of these pop-up help windows is signaled with the text: End of This Help Panel

    2. General help about this site:
    • At the bottom of every page is a footer region. Within the footer is a Help link that opens this Help Topics page.

  • Menu
    • On the Home page, the Main Menu is just below the banner slide show.

    • On most other pages, the Main Menu is at the top-left-side of the page.

    • The Contact Us and Site Map pages do not have a menu. Use your browser's previous page command to return.

    • Whenever and wherever it is located, the main menu looks like this:

  • Navigation
    Most pages include the following navigation features:
    • Menu - at the top (or, on pages with video content, below the video) of the page

    • Footer - below all other content on a page

    • Breadcrumb trail - directly above the footer

    Exceptions:

    Both the Contacts and Site Map pages do not include any of the above navigation features. Use your browser's previous page command to return.

  • Site Map
    • The Site Map provides a direct link to each page on the website.

    • You can access it from most pages via both the Menu and the Footer.


    Exception:

    The Contacts page does not include a Menu or a Footer.

  • Updates to this website

    When new content or important changes are made, they are announced on the Notices page which you open from the main menu as well as the Notices button on the home page.

    • On the home page, look for a salmon-colored button, labeled Notices. It will be visible about half-way down the page.

    OR

    • At the top of most pages, use the Main Menu. Select Menu / Notices.

    OR

    • At the bottom of most pages, use the Footer. Select Site Map, / Notices.
