A 2-8-8-4 AC-9 parades outdoors amid the autumn leaves. The sounds, smoke and "steam" of Southern Pacific #3811 are featured in this video.
A total of eleven 2-8-8-4 AC-9s were built by Lima Locomotive Works for the Southern Pacific.
It should be noted that the SP Daylight colors in this featured Lionel model were never applied to any of SP's AC-9s.
